We don't predict outcomes. We evaluate a project's robustness by stress-testing its constraints against three axes: Technical Feasibility (will it scale under load?), User Clarity (does the task path survive real-world distraction?), and Maintainability (can the client's team own it post-launch?). This framework informs every scoping decision.
"Their analysis of our checkout friction points felt more rigorous than our internal audits. They operated like an extension of our product team, not a vendor."
Speed vs. Depth of Research
Mitigation: We use lightweight, structured user interviews (3–5 per phase) instead of lengthy ethnographic studies unless budgets truly allow.
Aesthetic Ambition vs. Technical Feasibility
Mitigation: We build interactive prototypes in Figma to test visual concepts before any code is written, ensuring expectations are grounded.
Complex Features vs. User Clarity
Mitigation: We advocate for a feature-agonistic approach: define the user's core success moment and remove everything that doesn't directly support it.
The "Premium Stock" Trap
We partner with local photographers in Bogotá and Medellín. Authentic context is worth more than generic polish.
Over-Engineering for Scale
We build for the first 10k users, not the hypothetical million. Infrastructure can evolve; premature complexity kills momentum.
The Revision Loop
We use atomic approval phases (Wireframe → Visuals → Prototype). No open-ended revisions; each phase has a clear sign-off checkpoint.
We measure what we can control. While business outcomes depend on market conditions, we track the design and performance metrics that directly influence user behavior and system health. Here’s our 2024 aggregate snapshot across active projects.
Every project began with a constraint. A budget cap. A legacy system. A regulatory rule. Our role was not to eliminate these constraints, but to design within them so tightly that the limitation became a source of elegance.
Your project has a unique context. We design with it.
