We don't predict outcomes. We evaluate a project's robustness by stress-testing its constraints against three axes: Technical Feasibility (will it scale under load?), User Clarity (does the task path survive real-world distraction?), and Maintainability (can the client's team own it post-launch?). Mitigation: We use lightweight, structured user interviews (3–5 per phase) instead of lengthy ethnographic studies unless budgets truly allow.
